HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS Patient was apparently asymptomatic 5 years back and then she developed shortness of breath and was taken to a private hospital where she was diagnosed with bronchial asthma and was treated with nebulisation.  Shortness of breath seasonal variation (every year dur
